1. These terms and the operator

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the WiseBudget marketing site and web application. WiseBudget is operated by Pixel Pulse LLC in Arizona, United States.

By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

WiseBudget is not directed to people under 18. You must be at least 18 to create or use an account.

3. Free beta

WiseBudget is an early, free beta. There are no active paid plans, charges or payment processing in the current product.

Features and data formats may change during the beta. There is no uptime, response-time, support-time or data-recovery service-level commitment.

4. What the service does

WiseBudget lets you record financial accounts and transactions, build monthly budgets, import and review transaction data, reconcile accounts, review recurring activity, create reports and forecasts, configure alerts, upload supported files, and use an AI assistant.

The product is manual-first and does not connect to your bank. You are responsible for entering or importing your information and checking it against your own records.

5. Your account and your data

  • Use an email address you control and keep access to your account credentials and devices under your control.
  • Submit only information and files you have the right to use and process.
  • Review entries, imports, categories, exchange rates, forecasts, assistant responses and generated drafts before relying on them.
  • Do not use WiseBudget to access another person’s data, disrupt the service, distribute malicious material, evade access controls or break applicable law.

6. AI features and financial context

Assistant and capture requests use active Google Gemini models. To answer financial questions, WiseBudget sends the provider the request and relevant account, category, plan, exchange-rate, memory, conversation and tool-result context. Images, audio and parsed table contents you attach are also sent for processing.

AI responses, extracted receipt data, transcriptions, forecasts and calculations can be incomplete or wrong. They are tools for review, not a substitute for your own records or professional financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Check the underlying source rows before acting.

7. Uploads and processing permission

When you upload an image, audio recording, table or other supported content, you ask WiseBudget to store and process it in Supabase and, when you use an AI feature, send it to Google Gemini for the requested task.

Uploaded binaries can remain in private Storage. The portable JSON export does not include those binary files.

8. Export, deletion and backups

You can download the implemented portable JSON export from the Trust Center. Its scope is described in the Privacy Policy and does not include every user-associated record or uploaded binary.

Deleted transactions remain recoverable and are not automatically purged. To request account deletion, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. The email begins a manual support request and does not delete the account automatically. No completion time is promised.

A manual backup and restore process has been tested, but backups are not automated and no backup frequency or retention period is guaranteed. Keep your own export if you need an additional copy of the exported records.

9. Third-party services

WiseBudget depends on Supabase, Cloudflare Pages, Google, ExchangeRate-API or fxapi.app, browser-selected Web Push services, and Google Fonts as described in the Privacy Policy. Availability or behavior of those services can affect WiseBudget.

The repository does not identify a separate production email-delivery provider behind Supabase Auth. It also has no active payment provider.

10. Beta limitations

WiseBudget is provided as an early beta and may contain defects, unavailable features, delayed alerts, inaccurate AI output or incomplete recovery. To the extent allowed by law, it is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or sufficient for a particular financial decision.

Nothing in these terms promises encryption, certification, an external audit, a response time, a support level, a backup interval or recovery of every change since your last available backup or export.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States. This draft does not select an exclusive court, arbitration process, class-action waiver or liability cap; those items require an owner decision before publication.

Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to [email protected].
